Meet Us

Three partners. One shared conviction: the best advice comes from people who've done the work, not just studied it.

We met at Target, where we spent over a decade leading teams, owning outcomes, and launching work at scale. We owned P&Ls, led cross-functional teams, navigated complex governance, and launched work that reached millions of customers.

Now we bring that operator's mindset to companies ready to turn strategy into execution, ambition into momentum, and vision into work that actually drives growth.

Jarrett transforms physical spaces into profitable customer experiences

He's spent his career solving the core challenge of physical retail: creating experiences compelling enough that people choose to leave their homes when e-commerce is easier.

That requires equal fluency in design and economics - understanding what drives traffic, what creates conversion, what builds the kind of loyalty that justifies the real estate investment.

At Target, he led the national redesign of 1,800+ Starbucks cafés, turned around of its legacy café business, and designed a flagship store in Brooklyn's historic Walker Theater. Beyond retail, he's rebranded a 30-year family restaurant and designed permanent headquarters for a nonprofit during COVID.

He believes great retail lives at the intersection of emotion and economics, what people feel when they walk in, and whether the business works when they come back.

Kellan Anderson

Brand & Marketing Strategy

Kellan operates where cultural ambition meets enterprise reality.

She has built brands, companies and internal systems that allow bold ideas to move without breaking the organization carrying them. Her work lives at the intersection of culture, commerce and consequence, translating creative ambition into structures that scale.

As a co-founder of Harbor Picture Company, she helped grow the studio from three founders to five locations, building the brand, operational systems and client partnerships that ultimately positioned Harbor for acquisition by Publicis Groupe. She understands growth not as theory, but as lived execution, where creative excellence, financial discipline and organizational clarity must coexist.

At Target, she built the Business Affairs discipline from the ground up, transforming it from a reactive checkpoint into an enterprise capability that enabled high-visibility partnerships, creator collaborations and AI experimentation to move forward safely and decisively. She aligned Marketing, Legal, Risk and executive leadership around shared decision logic, reducing friction, accelerating approvals and protecting brand equity while allowing innovation to breathe.

Kellan believes culture is one of the most powerful growth engines available to brands, but without alignment, governance and operational clarity, it collapses under its own weight. Her work ensures that ambition and infrastructure grow together.

Brandon Jernigan

Growth Systems & Strategy

Brandon architects how organizations grow.

He's spent over a decade building the systems that turn organizational ambition into repeatable momentum, new business models, service platforms, loyalty programs, and enterprise innovation engines inside one of the world's largest retailers.

His background spans management consulting, private capital, creative agencies, startups, and corporate innovation - including pioneering AI integration strategies - giving him fluency across strategy, finance, product, and operations, and the pattern recognition to know what works across contexts.

At Target, he designed the Fast Apparel & Accessories Model that cut time-to-market by 80% while increasing profitability by 20%. He helped build the company's enterprise growth operating system, was a founding leader of Target Services (which launched 40+ pilots and scaled multiple concepts nationally), and helped architect Target Circle as a relationship platform, not just a loyalty program.

He believes most innovation fails in the gap between strategy and execution, and closing that gap is where the real work happens.
